As far as permissions go, I'm good with a lot of things. I do avoid smut with most of my characters and am generally not interested in shipping outside of special cases. Minor touching and hugging is fine without having to ask, but fights and injuries should be worked out as they happen.
Basically be reasonable and ask if you think something will affect my character.
