Character Information

Name: Woz
Canon: Kamen Rider Zi-O
Canon Point: post-series, after the NEXT TIME Geiz Majesty movie
OU/AU/CRAU/OC: OU (main timeline)
Age: ??? (looks about 25)

World Information: The world of Kamen Rider is actually (or at least depending on who you ask) multiple worlds - parallel timelines each containing their own Kamen Rider. This makes sense given the varied histories of individual series, but also doesn't make sense given the numerous crossovers throughout the franchise's history and how they happen. We're not really supposed to think about it that hard. (But we will.)

In the world of Zi-O, Kamen Rider abilities are obtained through "watches". These are blank until activated by or created from an individual with the will to fight. As a being meant to inherit the power of all Kamen Riders (at least all those from the Heisei era) Zi-O's existence means that the powers of previous riders can be turned into watches and passed on to others (not specifically Zi-O).

The main villains are "Timejackers", beings that can travel through and control time to some extent. Their leader, Schwartz, is trying to save his timeline by combining every rider world into one. He has created alternate watches for this purpose that can be used to make "Another Riders", evil copies of the original riders.

Sougo Tokiwa, a normal high school student, has dreams of becoming a king. Apparently there's a future where he becomes an evil demon king using the power of the watches. Two resistance members from the future come back in time to try and stop him but end up becoming his friends instead.

Personal History: here

Personality: Woz is at once ridiculously over the top and perfectly serious. He can act as normal as the rest of them (when the rest of them are acting normal, anyway) and then start with the over-the-top antics at the drop of a hat. This goes for many of the characters, though, given the nature of the humor in this series.

He has a flair for the dramatic, making it his duty to announce whenever Zi-O obtains a new form. He even does it for himself when he obtains his own belt. Apparently it's a matter of pride for him, and he'll delay fights to ensure he's said what he wants to say.

Despite his sometimes goofy actions he can really be quite the clever manipulator. He gave only the most basic of hints to Sougo at first when he was trying to stop the Another Riders. He played several of their enemies for fools - including even his other self. He was able to obtain his Kamen Rider powers by stealing them from White Woz, using his future book against him when he wasn't specific enough. On more than one occasion he tricked the enemy into thinking he'd changed sides.

For whatever reason, he's immensely loyal to his demon king. This starts as a drive to insure that the future he knows comes to pass, but soon shifts to the king in the present. In his mind the two likely merge and become one, with the new one being just as worthy of existing as the old one. To him this wouldn't be a betrayal, as he's still striving to see Sougo Tokiwa become the demon king, even if it ends up being the greatest, most kind demon king instead of the evil variety. He's so set on following him that he stays around to look after the trio even after they all lose their memories.

Aside from that, there are still motivations of his that are never explained. We don't know why he supported the original demon king in the first place (if we're discounting Over Quartzers). But at a certain point it becomes part of his charm, and knowing would take away some of the mystery of his character.

Despite supporting an evil king, Woz doesn't seem to be a particularly evil character. He does have some questionable morals, and he did leave his old resistance group to die in a trap laid by Ohma Zi-O. But he also doesn't straight up kill Geiz and Tsukuyomi in order to stop their interference in the timeline, as he could have. This could lead one to believe that from the start he was curious about the potential of the new timeline, and that he might have felt guilty for his betrayal. He eventually falls easily into the kinder methods of his gentle demon king, though his cold-hearted side does occasionally appear, such as when he absorbed his alternate self at the end of Geiz Majesty. Of course one could also say that he did this to insure that said self wouldn't return as a threat to his king again.

Key themes: Betrayal and loyalty. The ability to change and the ability to remain a constant.

Main Motivation: To REJOICE and herald the GLORY OF HIS OVERLORD.

Skills:
Woz's skills are kind of all over the place, since the writers can't be consistent. I'm making guesses to the best of my ability and adjusting when necessary.

ABILITIES
COMBAT - Woz has the skills that helped him earn his way into being a leader in the future rebellion. Even without enhanced strength and agility he's still a skilled fighter.

MANIPULATION - He's been shown to be clever and good at manipulating others, including his other self. More than once he's gotten people to believe he's switched sides when he hasn't.

BASIC LIFE SKILLS - Woz is perfectly capable of learning various cooking recipes and doing things like living outdoors and doing laundry. Despite his often pompous attitude he won't shirk away from handling mundane tasks if necessary.

LANGUAGES - The Ohma Advent Calendar is actually written in English, allowing for the idea that Woz is at the very least bilingual, if not fluent in some other languages.

POWERS
TIME DISTORTION/TRAVELING - [NOT COUNTED FOR RP.] This is the worst of his abilities when it comes to consistency. He uses it occasionally in the early episodes of the show, appearing and disappearing with the flicker of a light or the ringing of a bell. He was also shown to be able to stop time similar to how the Time Jackers do. However, he doesn't use these abilities at all later on, even when it would be useful. If he does use them, it isn't shown. There's no canon explanation, but for the purpose of reasonable headcanon I want to say that changes in the timeline affected his ability to use them, even if his memories haven't changed.

SUPERHUMAN STRENGTH - Woz has blocked hits from transformed Kamen Riders with his bare hands. Before both of them became riders Geiz had never beaten Woz in a fight one on one. It's not a ridiculous, car lifting amount of strength, but it's atypical for a human.

ENHANCED REFLEXES - He's been shown to be able to dodge bullets at close range, and once slams his open book on a gun at the exact moment it was discharging a bullet casing, causing it to jam. These could be late throwbacks to his time powers but we'll just call it agility for now.

FLIGHT - [NOT COUNTED FOR RP.] Once again, this is only used early in the show once or twice and then never shown again. And even then he goes very short distances. For similar reasons as his time powers I won't be using this for RP purposes.

FABRIC MANIPULATION/TELEPORTATION - Woz can use his scarf to wrap it around himself or other people to teleport them to a different location. It's unknown whether this power is related to his scarf or if it's one he has independent of that. White Woz doesn't appear to use this ability. The wiki seems to believe it's a power he has on his own, which wouldn't be a stretch given other things he can do. He'd just need to require some fabric of a decent length.

ENERGY BURST - Woz can project energy bursts from his hands, enough to knock away people or similarly sized objects.

OHMA ADVENT CALENDAR - Within the book he always carries with him is knowledge of the past and the future leading up to the time he came from. It is altered as the timeline is altered, even if his memories aren't. He seems to have the ability to make the book appear from nowhere, and it is possibly integrated into his being. For example, when possessed by one of the Den-O characters he tosses the book aside, only to have it in his hands again when he forces his possessor out and returns from his Kamen Rider state.

GAIA LIBRARY ACCESS - [QUESTIONABLE.] This is an ability from a movie that's questionable canon and is more or less really supposed to be a representation of him going through his memory to pick through his knowledge of other Kamen Riders. However, he also pulls a card from the book in his memory that then appears in real life. That may be related to his Ohma Advent Calendar abilities.

MENTAL FORTITUDE/IMMUNITY TO TIMELINE ALTERATION - Along with being able to resist his memory being altered with the timeline, he's been shown to be able to kick out beings that might possess him if he doesn't care for what they're doing. (Though to be fair, that particular possessor was an accommodating ally.)

TIME DUPLICATE ABSORPTION - When White Woz is beaten for the third time in Geiz Majesty, Woz tells him to become one with him and then sucks him into himself as one might take in a large gulp of air. White Woz seems to have been aware of this as a possibility, as he begs his other self not to do it to no avail. It's unknown if there's any effect on Woz as a result of this, but I would think he might now have access to the memories of his other self's timeline, if not his powers.

KAMEN RIDER
(I have taken much of this from the wiki because there's a lot.)

Woz uses a variant of the Ridewatches called Miridewatches in the Beyondriver to transform into Kamen Rider Woz and access forms based on future Kamen Riders.

Unlike White Woz, the screen on Black Woz's transformation circle is analog as opposed to White Woz's smartwatch HUD.

Transformation announcement (from the belt): "Action! Touei! Future Time! -- Sugoi! Jidai! Mirai! Kamen Rider Woz! Woz!"

The suit consists of the following parts:

Caliber S - Woz's helmet. 'S' stands for 'Smart'.
Clock Blade S - The clock-hand-like antenna. It is a data collection device. The long hand, Baryon Hand M predicts temporal information, such as enemy timing, while the shorthand, Meson Hand H measures spatial information, such as the distance between Woz and the enemy as well as landing points of finishers.
War Signal - The merging point of the two Clack Blade S with the 'Kamen' logo on it. It feeds gathered information to Woz, derives the optimum solution and adjusts Woz's internal systems accordingly.
Indication Track Eye - The visor which spells out 'Rider'. Sensors with a 270° viewing angle are built into it in a concentric manner.
Smart Bezel - The metal frame surrounding the face. It changes color depending on what Futurering is used (green for Woz, purple for Shinobi, blue and red for Quiz and golden for Kikai). A metal Graphenium Coat finish has been applied, increasing durability so much that it is 200 times stronger than steel. It is super lightweight.
Smart Core - The 'button' on Woz's left cheek. It is an information management unit that stores combat data.
Crusher Band - The jaw armor. It is formed from PMsein, an extendable flexible material, and is wrapped around the jaw section. It contains tremendous shock-absorbing capability and pressure-dispersing performance.

Tonneau Light Tecter - Woz's chest armor. Graphenium Coat finish has been applied, making it 200 times stronger than steel while still being lightweight.
Expansion Band Liner - The black and green 'strap' that runs down Woz's torso. In addition to its role as a bioenergy enhancing device, it also improves the performance of other system functions by reading Miridewatch data.
Install Shoulders - The square shoulder armor. By changing Miridewatches, the Install Shoulders allow Kamen Rider Woz to realize different abilities based on different Kamen Riders.
Time Attack Arm - The arms. The Nanotube Muscle covering it has a motion navigation function to make attacks more efficient.
Extend Arm Girder - The forearm sections. It is made of PMsein, and reinforces the connection between the side of the arm and the back of the hands. It is highly shock absorbent and has pinpoint dispersion properties to shield the arms from damage.
Smooth Hands - The hands. It is made from Smooth Graphenium, a highly flexible metal alloy. It covers the back of the hands and surrounds the fingertips, endowing high impact and defense power while retaining dexterity.
Smooth Strike Suit - Woz's bodysuit. It automatically hardens itself at areas that are just about to get hit, reducing overall impact damage. Otherwise, it is extremely flexible, and the hardening and unhardening operations allow for combat behavior that far exceeds the capabilities of the user when untransformed. It covers the torso from the shoulders to the thighs, and due to being made from Soft Graphenium does not hinder movement. Additionally, it repairs any minor damage sustained in battle.
Time Attack Leg - The legs. The 'Nanotube Muscle' covering it has a motion navigation function to make attacks more efficient.
Touch Count Pads - The kneepads. They are measurement devices that read combat data on the field and sends it to the helmet.
Extend leg Girder - The shin armor. Due to being made of PMsein, it exhibits high shock absorbing ability and is able to disperse pressure at any point.
Smooth Shoes - The shoes. It is covered with Smooth Graphenium, making it extremely durable and damaging while exhibiting lightweight properties. Additionally, The katakana for the word "Kick" (キック) is in engraved on the soles. Moreover, Woz's jump height is drastically improved thanks to anti-gravity technology being incorporated into the sole.

This form has two finishers:

TIME EXPLOSION (Beyondriver finisher)- Woz coats his left leg with green energy before delivering a side kick to the enemy.
BAKURETSU DELANCE (Jikan Despear finisher) - Woz shoots out a green-energy based spear to the enemy.

NINJA | QUESTION | KIKAI | GIGA
(As these power sets come with separate watches he will not start with them and they'll have to be earned through points.)

KAMEN RIDER ZI-O TRINITY - Sougo has the ability to summon Woz and Geiz to himself in order to merge with them into their Trinity form. They become his left and right arms respectively. (Woz feels the need to take over and announce their transformation whenever it happens.) This summoning can work across time and dimensions, apparently. For the sake of RP, of course, all three characters would have to exist within the same game.

Item: As was discussed in discord, Woz will arrive with his kamen rider belt and default watch as a singular item as having one without the other would do nothing. (And because he's Woz, at this point he might be able to just create whichever piece he's missing anyway, especially after absorbing White Woz.)

Sample: tdm threads

Notes: Kamen Rider has multiple alternate timelines that are all considered canon because it's a mess. The one I've taken him from is the "main" one, prior to the wreck that is the crossover movies with Decade.
